4/29/09 - First time I got to hold him
5/13/09 - G-Tube surgery
5/16/09 - Discharged from NICU!
5/26/09 - Audiology test - passed
5/27/09 - Start Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapies
5/28/09 - First outpatient Neurology appointment
6/1/09 - Outpatient EEG - no epilepsy, shows injury to brain, brain not organized
6/29/09 - Got MIC-KEY button put in
7/6/09 - ECI (Early Childhood Intervention) started
7/9/09 - VCUG and renal ultrasound - kidney reflux grade 2 bilaterally
7/15/09 - Spasticity clinic - will get Botox at 6 months
8/4/09 - Swallow study - passed
8/11/09 - Opthamology - diagnosed with CVI and astigmatism in L eye (glasses)
8/20/09 - Start Vision therapy
8/21/09 - Ate some pears at therapy
9/1/09 - Ultrasound and X-ray of "peanut" to make sure his skull hadn't fused - It hadn't
9/29/09 - Rolled over
10/7/09 - Spasticity Clinic - received Botox, spasms noted and did EEG - seizure activity
10/13/09 - Start Topamax
10/15/09 - 24 hour EEG - diagnosed with Infantile Spasms and hypsarythmia
10/17/09 - Go to Kentucky
10/31/09 - Back in Texas
11/6/09 - Neuro appointment to discuss Infantile Spasms and meds
11/11/09 - Start Vigabatrin
11/13/09 - Opthamology appointment - Vigabatrin can damage eyes
11/20/09 - MRI of the brain - shows damage
12/22/09 - Get fitted for AFO's and hand splints
12/30/09  - Spasticity Clinic - received Botox
1/22/10 - EEG - still shows IS and hypsarythmia
2/8/10 - Opthamology
2/10/10 - Neuro appointment - start Prelone
2/26/10 - EEG - no hypsarythmia!!
3/10/10 - Off Prelone - no spasms
3/24/10 - Admitted to hospital - diagnosed laryngomolasia, EEG - hyps again start Prelone
3/25/10 - Botox
4/10/10 - Stop Vigabatrin

5/18/10 - VCUG, Renal U/S, Nephrologists - No kidney reflux
6/10/10 - ENT - Follow up for laryngomolasia
6/11/10 - Appointment with Dr. Leary to start Ketogenic diet - don't do it in SA anymore :(

7/3/10 - Go to Kentucky
7/19/10 - Back in Texas
7/27/10 - Dr. Wilfong (Houston) to discussed initiation of Keto diet
7/29/10 - Neurology in SA to follow up for Keto
8/10/10 - Get fitted for new AFO's
8/29/10 - Texas Children's Hospital (Houston) to start Ketogenic diet!!
